Obituary of Grace Sorensen

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Grace Elaine Sorensen (nee Costley).  Grace was born May 1st, 1936 at Bateman, Sask. and passed away February 27th, 2026 at William Albert House, Emerald Park, Sask. Left to mourn her passing are her daughters: Terri (Ron) Alix, Karen Richmond, Kristine (Christopher) Oleson, Linda (Matthew) Grismer, Maxine (Victor) Wall and Sandi (Rob) Bogdan. Also mourning her passing are 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren, brothers Mervin (Donna) Costley and Ivan Costley, sisters Myrna (Walter) Gehl, Sharon (Harry) Watson, Audrey (Jim) Kruger, Marilyn Schachtel, Gail (John Blackwell) Costley, sister in law Shirley Costley and numerous nieces and nephews.  Grace was predeceased by her husband Elvin, parents Delbert and Ethel Costley, parent in laws Magnus and Mary Sorensen, brother Allan Costley, son in law Bernard Bouvier, granddaughter Danielle Bahr, brother in law Leo Schachtel, and sister in law Lise Costley. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 15th at the Co Cathedral, Gravelbourg, Sask. at 2:00 pm. with a private family Interment at the Hillside Cemetery, R.M. of Gravelbourg.
