Unfortunately we won't be able to be there tomorrow as you celebrate Bun's life, but our thoughts are wiith all of the Giroux family. Margaret remembers the first time Bun & Edith came to our farm, and all our family have fond memories of many more visits when Bun was always willing to lend a hand with cattle and other chores. Many New Year's were spent with our "town cousins" Alan & Carol

My deepest sympathies. Although I only briefly worked with Bun I will always remember his patience, sense of humour and above all his generosity. The summer after my dad passed away our family house needed shingling. Some family friends gathered up a crew of friends and neighbours to help us with this task. At the time I had only worked with Bun for maybe a month but, he showed up too. Giving up his time to help someone he barely knew at the time. Even though I got to know Bun better as time went on, my impression of this man’s character would never change because he lived with that same attitude and kindness everyday.
