We will have many special warm memories of Simone. We really met her bowling and she was to be admired for her marksmanship and keeping her team and the opponents alert. It was indeed a privilege to have known her and enjoy her sense of style. I received a get well card from Simone and her handwriting was so elegant but it was her thoughts and even getting a card and stamp to mail it. Rest in peace dear Simone. Thunder storms will bring a tear. And warm thoughts as you get another strike. Hugs to all the family. Laurent and Margot Bussière

Simone was such an inspiration to our Brightwater group starting in her late 80's while her daughter Helen worked so hard with us opening the Stonebridge location. I particularly remember Simone helping at the Open House event and watching her quickly going up and down the stairs! I thought and said on more than one occasion, "WOW, I want to be like Simone, she's AWESOME!! I feel so blessed to have met her! Thank you Helen for sharing her with us, Teresa Isaac

She was such an inspiration on how to lead a full and blessed life. Her love and caring for others showed so beautifully when she as aunt was helping her neice Eileen (my mama) walk back to living room after they had napped together.

Mom you have been such a big part of my life, of Vern's, and all my kids and grandchildren. So many memories of you holding huge family gatherings and preparing so much food we could feed an army. You were such a big part of every family function. I have you to thank for my strong faith. You lived every day as if it might be your last. Prayer and church were so important and not only did you go to mass every day at Columbian Manor but you always had the Catholic Chanel running for hours on your TV. We will miss you dearly but I know you will always be close by and in our hearts. My mom, is now in heaven and reunited once again with Dad and my two precious sisters. Love you, Mom.
