Obituary of Herbert Haubrich

Herbert J. Haubrich of Regina, SK and formerly Hodgeville, SK, passed away on March 18, 2014, at the Regina General Hospital, at the age of 89. Herbert is survived by his loving wife Suzanne Haubrich; brother Isadore (Madeleine) Haubrich; sister Edith Radiuk; brother Edgar (Sonja) Haubrich; sister Elaine (Raymond) Rambow; sisters-in-law Mary Lapeyre, Rita Nielsen; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Anton Sr. and Catherine (nee Peace) Haubrich; brother Adolph (Edna) Haubrich; sister Mary Bastien (Kenneth Kelly, Richard Bastien); infant twin sisters Dorothy and Doreen Haubrich; brother-in-law Steve Radiuk. Herb was born at Hodgeville and farmed in the district with his father and brothers for many years. He was a supporter of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, the Credit Union, played some recreational softball and attended all the hockey games he could. Herb was active in church and community projects. Herb moved to Regina when he and Suzanne were married. Prayers were held at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 5020 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2014.
