Linda you touched so many peoples lives in so many ways...we will miss you..we know you are in a better place, pain free, To George and family may the memories of good times spent together help you through this time of sorrow. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Safe in a Smowstorm

Linda Barber invited me over in the middle of a ragiing blizzard in Moose Jaw - fed me a delicious supper, entertained me for the evening and provided me with a coay bed. I travel for work and when Linda was still living in Moose Jaw, on occasion I would stop in for a quick viisit. One memorable November evening after a long day at SIAST Palliser I left the building to find that an enormous snowstorm had dropped on the city and I was not going anywhere. I called Linda, inched my way through the falling and blowing smow to her house thinking I would get on the phone and find a hotel room. No dice - she told me that I was staying right where I was. We had a great visit. Now whenever I think of Linda I remember that great hospitality and her kindmess.</p>

June-21-14 George and family. So sorry to hear of Linda's passing. She was too young to leave us. May the many great memories she left with you be some sort of comfort as you cope with the days ahead. Sad to hear of Linda's Passing, the last few years when we have come back to the prairies it has been in relation to Ron and June and Dick's passing, Linda was always there to share in the moment and memories, sad to think that Linda also is only going to be there is spirit, but always smiling.
