Thinking of all of you, Aunty Marie, Alma, Linda (Ron), Calvin (Marla) and families. In hindsight, there were a bunch of these brothers/brothers-in-law that left us around the same time. Yes, they were getting older and tired, and it was time to move on to greener pastures and new fields of adventure. It struck me reading Uncle Ellis' obituary again how similar he was to dad, to Uncle Alex, and to Uncle Raymond. They sure worked hard on their farms and loved their cows and their tractors. Who needed hobbies? Maybe they are curling on the big sheets of ice or having a rip roaring game of cards with Uncle Johnny and Uncle John. We can only imagaine!
