I am Bill Silzer's niece (Margaret's daughter). Although I have lost touch over the years, and moved many miles away to Phoenix, my heart is with Uncle Bill and his family right now. But, I know he is with my Mom and the rest of the family now, and he is not suffering. I send my love and hugs to those left behind. From all I have heard and know, Bill was a hard worker, a kind and generous man, who my Mom loved dearly xox. Love you, Tanya Averill
