Kirk and I met when we were both, literally, the only aboriginal students at Queen's University in Kingston. He was in Law and I was in Politics. For the next 5 years we often talked and shared our visions for helping advance First Nations causes throughout our home communities and across the country. I'm glad to see that at least he succeeded.
Sad to lose you to the Spirit World my friend. You were incredibly friendly and supportive. My condolences to Terry, who you introduced me to, and to your family. Rest in Peace, from your Mohawk friend.
