I am so very sorry to hear of Owen's passing. I just heard yesterday. Im a friend of Owen's which started on facebook of course!! Lol. I met him a few years ago thru the horse sales at Johnstone Auction Mart, always looking over the ones 'up today...' I own a purebred quarter horse and we started talking from there, little did I know we would be friends on FB years later. He always had a kind word for people...and he took the time in his life to do what he cherished most of all, first always was providing for his family, then his Love of Horses!!! He helped me learn some things about my horse and Ill never forget where theat advice came from!!! He with be very much missed by all!! My condolences to his Family, its a great loss but he lived lfe as full as he could, so Im thinking he'll be watching from above til you can be together once again!!!
His friend Deanna, may know me from some of our texts?? He was a man to look up to in life, I always had great admiration and respect for what he stood for, cause Owen, at least what I know, said and did what had to be done in life and he told it like it is/was!!!! My sympathies to all of his families and friends, you all made him such a proud man !!!!! I will miss his humor the most, then his wisdom!!! Til we meet again Owen!!! .
