My condolences to the family of Sarah Pouteaux. She seemed to have been a person loved by many. Death can the most difficult thing a human can experience. I would like to share some comfort found in the bible for the grieving family. Please look up in Revelation 21:3,4 . There it shows us that God will be with humanity liberating us from all suffering including man's worst enemy : death . But what about those who have died? Acts 24:15 says clearly "There will be a resurrection". What type of world will we all live in? I invite you to look up Psalms 37:10,11. There it says "Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were,And they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth,And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace". I hope that this message has been a source of comfort for you. Please pray to Jehovah , the God of all comfort to find out the truth about him and his promises through his word the bible.

I was Sarah’s pastor in Moose Jaw from 1981-1988...remember her very well. She was a ‘senior citizen’ when I first arrived (as I am now)..Very amazing to live to be 106...very few reach that age! She would let one know what she thought, but was very faithful in her Christian walk. Rest In Peace Sarah until the Lord calls you forth in the resurrection.

What a blessing Sarah was. The first time I met her at the Foyer, she was 100 yrs young and literally got up and danced across her bedroom floor when I congratulated her on her 100th birthday. She said “I’ve got a lot of living left to do” My condolences to all of Sarah’s family

Condolences to Sara ‘s family. When I think of Sara an image comes to mind: sweet Sara softly singing hymns late at night as she walked the hallway at the Foyer. As someone who had family there, I appreciated this tender, loving gesture. Love is energy and her loving energy was definitely felt by residents, family and staff. May you continue to feel her love.
