I have known Harold since I was a small child when he was our hired man for a time. He was gentle, good natured and had a good sense of humour. When I was a teenager, he, along with some other kind fellows, took us to dances around the countryside. I feel like a part of my younger life has been laid to rest.
I had never met Harold until a few years ago when we ran into him on a trip to Hodgeville with my dad, Bill Rambow and my brother, Trevor Rambow. Harold took us on a countryside tour and he was the highlight of our trip. Condolences from Bill and Jean Rambow and family.
Sad news. I remember Harold coming to our house when i was a kid, to show his slides that they had taken on a hunting trip up north. He was a well loved member of the Hodgeville community. May he rest in peace.
