Myrna and family: I never met your mother, but based upon the little stories of her many challenges, accomplishments and exciting travel adventures, she had to be an incredibly kind, compassionate, selfless, insightful, strong-minded and distinguished lady and, not to forget, that she seemingly had the endurance of a thoroughbred to keep up with all of you. All of her attributes are within each of you and, therefore, all of you are now the ambassadors of her legacy. Be proud and live well as I'm sure that's what she would expect from each of you. Her loss will feel deep, but she'll always be present in your thoughts.

Remembering Helen and all the wonderful memories. Just a couple special memories: Albert & Helen and Jean and Elwin were so instrumental in organizing all the memorable Hornung Family Reunions held in Vanguard! Helen was an amazing support to our family during Geraldine Sparrow's stay in the Vanguard Hospital - she opened her doors and her heart to all of us. I am attaching a favourite photo that I inherited from my mother: Albert and Helen in 1948 (I believe it was before they were married). Thoughts are with all her family and friends during these days. Sandra
