Bill was my 1st cousin, our mothers were sisters (Pearl and Eleanor). Bill and I grew up together in Hodgeville and we spent a ton of time as youngsters doing all those normal activities .Bill often spent some time out at the farm where I was living and later, I spent some time living with the Schous family and attending school in Hodgeville. We played on the same Hodgeville School hockey team as well. I joined the military as a 17 year old and did not spent much time in Hodgeville after tthat, but we certainly enjoyed many events and celebrations as young boys....He was a super person with a big heart. I have a added a very old photo of Bill, myself, our cousine Skip, sister Barb and Bill's younger brother Brian; Needless to say, this very very early days...Gary Smith
